These conditions apply to the purchase of all items presented in this web site by PORCELLANA VALENTINA s.r.l., Località Prataroni snc - Zona Industriale, 01033 Civita Castellana (VT), P.IVA 00792420564 and therefore are fully accepted by the customer when it places its order.


Order Acceptance:

Orders are subordinated to their acceptance by Porcelain Valentina srl.


Terms and freight charges:

Porcellana Valentina can accept orders from all over the world and therefore, can ship internationally. The freight charges automatically calculated on this webside apply only into the italian boundaries (Livigno and Campione d'Italia escluded).For shipments outside the Italian boundaries, the freight charges will be recalculated and submitted to the acceptance by the customer.

For every order placed on Porcellanavalentina.it, Porcellana Valentina srl will issue the invoice of the goods shipped, sending it via e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to art. 14 D.P.R. 445/2000 e DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, are considered authentic the data provided by the Customer when places the order. No changes will be possible after the issuance thereof.

The delivery costs are charged to the customer. For orders up to 300 kg they are explicitly highlighted at the time of order, for orders over 300 kg they will be communicated by e-mail.

When a delivery date is indicated, it has a value simply orientative and not binding, being subjected to any unforeseen event. Breaks resulting from major force exempt PORCELLANA VALENTINA srl from observing the delivery time indicated, without giving the customer the right to demand compensation due to damages of any kind. The goods must always be withdrawn by the buyer and must not be left lying under any circumstances. Any costs of inventory, warehousing, etc.. will be charged to the customer.

At the time of reception of the goods,  the client must check the following:
  • the number of boxes is the same as reported in the transport document anticipated by e-mai;
  • the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of boxes or specifications, must be immediately notified, by putting a WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROLL (specifing the Reserve, for example. "Packaging broken", "packaging crushed" , etc..) on the delivery document of the courier.

Once signed the delivery document, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods received.



Claims:


Are not accepted claims of any kind after 8 (eight) days from receipt of goods. Any complaints, to be taken into account, must be made by registered letter within that period. Any manufacturing defects will be credited only after the return of goods.


Payment:

  • Credit Card. We accept credit card payments for orders up to 1.500,00.
  • Cash before delivery.

    In case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery will be kept suspended until the full amount due will be credited to the bank account of Porcelain Valentina. The recipient's bank details are:

Returns:


In persuant of Art. 64 D. Lgs. n. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes other than business or professional activity, therefore DOES NOT indicates a reference to VAT in the purchase order form), has the right to terminate the contract for any reason, without explanation, without any penalty, but must be observed what is noted below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send to Porcelain Valentina srl a notice to that effect within ten working days from the date of receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered mail with return receipt addressed to:

Once received the form of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the Customer Service of Porcelain Valentina will authorize the customer to the shipment of goods. The customer must ship the product, carefully packed in its original packaging to the comunicated address. The shipping costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt signed by Porcellana Valentina, is under the responsibility and risk of the Customer. Upon receipt of the goods, Porcellana Valentina will verify their integrity and will refund to Customer the amount paid for the products purchased, excluding shipping charges. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
The right of withdrawal decays in case of lack of substantial integrity of the property returned.


Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising between the parties arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract of sale will be the responsibility of the Court of Viterbo.
